I had an 'AM' delivery which never arrived, so I sent them an email asking for an explanation. Got an email just before they closed saying the driver had attempted delivery - which was a blatant lie ! Tried to phone the local Northampton office 438416 but got message saying Office closed until 0900hrs. Phoned the next day at 09.30hrs and Office still closed (Tuesday). NOT HAPPY. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE
